Polygon Processor

Polygon Processor is an MDL application for MicroStation® which cleans a vector line network and produces closed elements (polygons).

The Polygon Processor has many applications in the fields of general mapping and spatially related information. The software package provides the automatic functionality to generate clean linework, flagging of anomalies, and the production of polygons. It is impractical to manually create polygons during the digitising phase of a project, therefore Polygon Processor is particularly useful to post process raw data.

Netclean analyses the line network, breaking and joining of
all intersections. During this process Netclean deletes
or trims linework within the search tolerance. The Viewflags
module is used to inspect elements identified as outside
the nominated tolerance and then used to scroll sequentially
through and correct linework.

Features: Modular Approach

Netclean

Searches the line network for under/over
shoots and automatically corrects these
misclosures within the search tolerance.

Viewflags

Sequentially displays each flagged element for
further inspections at a user specified zoom level.

Polygen

Produces polygons from the clean network and has and option for generating internal and boundary polygons.

New Features:

Label Symbology

The new Label Symbology command changes the colour of polygons with respect to the labels within them, as well as generate a report of the colours used.

Group Polygons

Doughnut polygons are automatically processed into cell elements and allow correct shading, fill and spatial calculations.
