Walkinside lets you visit installations via interactive 3D walkthroughs before they are built - or after they are built - if you want to avoid traveling or stopping construction or production in progress. Walkinside lets you go where you want and view detailed information of all the elements in industrial and architectural environments, easily and without the need for specialized skills.

Walkinside can visualize the most complex 3D models, making them easy to understand. Even the most incredible designs - like nuclear power stations or large offshore oil platforms with over 600,000 pipes, vessels and elbows - are smoothly visualized without discarding equipment or splitting the model into smaller parts. No other visualization solution can simultaneously manage such massive models with full immersion.

Thanks to our breakthrough patent pending technology, and the latest-generation 3D graphics hardware features, Walkinside creates unprecedented levels of realism.

Walkinside lets you see inside your project through the eyes of a virtual human character - exactly like in video games - as if you were walking inside a real world. With our "full collision detection" technology, you touch the ground, you're aware of obstacles, you climb stairs and you're conscious of the size of the elements you see. It's a world of reality apart from other design review applications, which only let you fly through the model like a ghost.

Easy to use

No training is needed to work with Walkinside, so even non-technical people can use it with ease. Simply use the mouse to change direction, and press the upper arrow key on the keyboard to move forward.

Painless conversion

Walkinside converts existing 3D CAD designs into interactive 3D walkthroughs in no time and without any settings at all, as easily as you print a document. Walkinside's converter is tightly integrated with MicroStation, the leading CAD application by Bentley. You don't need to simplify your 3D model or rebuild a new model from scratch using specialized tools, nor will you have to prepare any specific collision detection paths.

Low implementation costs

Once you have converted your 3D model, you can distribute the result to anyone equipped with either our Lite viewer or the Pro version.

Walkinside needs no expensive hardware or software - it runs on any standard PC or notebook with a recent consumer-type graphics card, and enough memory to fit your model.
